Hygienic Fans

 

Today, hygienic air handling unit design, production and operation has become a special field of expertise. The reason for this is that hygienic air handling units are frequently needed not only in operating rooms and intensive care units, but also in pharmaceutical production facilities, food industry production and storage facilities, electronic processes, etc.

In hygienic air handling units, unlike standard air handling units, specially designed edge and reinforcement profiles, corner elements and cover panels are used to minimize indentations and protrusions that may cause pollution accumulation in the cell internal structure. In addition, the inner surfaces of the side panels are made entirely of 304 quality CrNi stainless sheet, and the inner and outer surface base covers are made of galvanized sheet. The covers mounted on the device base are covered with 0.60-1.00 mm thick 304 quality CrNi stainless sheet, depending on the size of the unit, so that they are completely closed. Before the stainless steel coating, antibacterial silicone is applied to the bottom of the device to prevent water leakage when it is washed. A siphon drain is installed in all parts of the device that need to be washed to remove the water accumulated inside and to prevent air leakage from outside to inside. Countersinks are created on the edges of the hole opened for the siphon to prevent water from accumulating. In order to wash the silencer units, unlike standard devices, the backstages are placed horizontally inside the device and a space is created at the base. The height of the plinth under the device is 150mm in hygienic central units. It is made in height. Sight glasses and water-resistant lighting fixtures are placed in the fan and filter sections so that the inside of the device can be seen while it is in operation.
